1. Who we are
This website, getcoveo.com, is run by Coveo, a phone case brand based in Zalka, Lebanon. "We", "us" and "our" mean Coveo. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Refund policy and our Shipping policy.
2. Our products
We show our cases as accurately as we can. Colors can look a little different on your screen, and some lifestyle photos are styled or edited to show the case in use. Each case is made for the phone model you pick, so please choose your model carefully.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it ships. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, or we can't reach you to confirm. If we cancel, we'll tell you and you won't pay anything.
We only sell items we have in stock. We don't take pre-orders.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. You pay cash on delivery or with Whish. Discount codes and offers follow the terms shown with them, and can't be combined unless we say so.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon with BestWay. Delivery times and fees are in our Shipping policy (getcoveo.com/policies/shipping-policy).
6. Refunds and exchanges
All sales are final. We exchange or refund only items that arrive defective, damaged or wrong, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund policy (getcoveo.com/policies/refund-policy).
7. Our designs and content
The Coveo name, our case designs, photos and texts belong to Coveo. Please don't copy or sell them without our written permission.
8. Photos and reviews you send us
If you send us a photo or review of your Coveo order, you allow us to share it on our website and social media, with your first name and city. Tell us on WhatsApp if you'd like it removed.
9. Using the website
Please use this website only for lawful shopping. Don't try to break, copy or misuse it.
10. Our responsibility
We do our best to keep the website accurate and working. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Lebanese consumer law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
