Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across Lebanon with our delivery partner, BestWay.

How long it takes

Orders arrive in 3 to 4 business days after we confirm them. Holidays, bad weather or road closures can sometimes add a day or two; if that happens, we'll let you know on WhatsApp.

Delivery fee

Delivery is free on orders over $49.99. Below that, the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment

Pay cash on delivery when your order arrives, or pay with Whish.

Order confirmation

We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it ships. If we can't reach you within 24 hours, we'll call you before sending it.

In stock only, no pre-orders

We only sell items we have in stock, ready to ship. We don't take pre-orders.
