This policy explains what information Coveo collects when you visit getcoveo.com or order from us, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, email (if you give it), what you ordered and how you paid.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email.
- Browsing data: your device, browser, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies by Shopify and the tools listed below.
We don't store card numbers: payment is cash on delivery or Whish.
Why we use it
- To confirm your order on WhatsApp, deliver it and help you with any problem
- To prevent fraud and fake orders
- To improve the website and see which products people like
- To send you offers, only if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the shop:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
- BestWay, our delivery partner, who gets your name, phone and address
- Whish, if you pay with Whish
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), for order messages and our ads
- Klaviyo, for our email sign-up and emails
- Judge.me, for product reviews
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order information as long as we need it for the order, for our records and to meet legal duties, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll reply within 30 days. Children
Our shop is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
